The built environment sector has long been in need of a best practice fairness, inclusion and respect framework that meets the mis-understood needs of the sector.
The Be Fair Framework has been developed by CITB with the full support of the Construction Industry Leadership Forum for Fairness, Inclusion and Respect.
Be Fair will help the sector address the evidence-driven challenges it now faces around fairness, inclusion and respect. To most, these remain areas fraught with confusion and risk. Be Fair serves as a guide and pathway for forward thinking companies that want to remove confusion and risk – and visibly commit to change!
Ideally, delegates will have responsibility for Human Resource & Training, Compliance or Bid Writing and will be able to strongly influence strategy.
