Who Should attend?

Individuals who are interested in the lifelong challenge of effective communication and are open to learning more about how it works. Delegates should be willing to try out some of the models and exercises after the session to ensure improvements are achieved.

Course Content & Aims

The workshop will take the delegates on a journey through the world of effective communication. In particular, we will look at personal communication styles and share models of good practice to assist us with our 1:1 communication. It will provide practical advice and assistance that the delegates can try out back at their workplace.
