Description

The session will concentrate on the provisions of the JCT/SBCC 2011 Contract relating to Extensions of Time. The requirements for timeous notices and all other contractual requirements will be stressed, including the identification of Relevant Events. Concurrent delays will be examined. Case law will be reviewed, including both Outer and Inner House decisions in City Inn v Shepherd Construction Ltd.
