Skills Development Scotland have launched a new online toolkit aimed at SMEs which will enable businesses to examine and refresh their employment practice in relation to gender equality. The toolkit, calledThink Business, Think Equality, was developed by Close the Gap, a partnership project which works with employers and employees to address the gender pay gap.
