If you have experienced workers (recommended minimum 5 years) who you require to have a blue skilled CSCS card, this can be achieved through on site assessment.  CITB are offering a On Site Assessment & Training Workshop.  Delegates would attend this one day workshop where they are given an overview of the qualification, the process and how evidence will be collected and recorded and their involvement in it.  The delegate would then return to the workplace and gather the required evidence and would be visited on site by the assessor.  The workshop has previously been approved by Skills Development Scotland for the Flexible Training Opportunities funding and may be again this year.  The cost of the workshop would be £1,000, £500 of  which you may be able to claim back from SDS and the company can claim the VQ Achievement grant of £400 from CITB.  Pleas contact us for further information.
